The USC Publishing House and its very FIRST digital book, Chinese Mestizos of Cebu City (1750-1900), were successfully launched last 11 November 2022 at Rigney Hall of USC Talamban Campus, Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines.

Faith-driven, the publishing house proactively creates and distributes scholarly and creative works via multimedia platforms aiming to advance P.A.T.H.S towards an inclusive, resilient, robust, and sustainable Philippines.

Our new genres. Driven by the brand's core values, USC Publishing House aims to develop and distribute published materials that strongly promote the publishing's key genres (PATHS): Pinoy holistic development (responsible personal management); Assets and resource management (ecological preservation and economic advancement), Technology, innovation & digitalization (responsible creation and management of innovation, technology, and digitization); Heritage, culture and the arts preservation (preservation and promotion of cultural heritage & creative works -digital and otherwise); and Sciences (promotes creation and distribution of scholarly knowledge).
