ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Fr. Florencio Luzano Lagura, SVD finished his studies at the Catholic University of Louvain Belgium (K.U.I.) with a degree of doctorate of philosophy. Besides having taught at the University of San Carlos, Cebu City, Philippines, he also lectured over the years at the Divine Word Seminary, Tagaytay, Divine word Institute (Now University) in Madang Papua-New Guinea, Christ the Kind Seminary, Quezon City, Liceo del Verbo Divino in Tacloban and Divine Word College Seminary, Epworth, Iowa.
